POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

• Class Registration closes 15 minutes prior to start of class.

• Class Cancelation window is 2 hours prior to the start of class.

  • A $10 fee will be charged to your account after the 2 hour window.

• NO SHOWS - If you no show we will worry about you, and charge you a $20 fee.

• ALL NO SHOW AND LATE CANCELLATIONS ARE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE MONTH.

• Membership Cancelations: we ask for a 30 day written notice prior to your renewal date for all cancelations. Please submit an email Titled “Cancelation Request” to fitnessnthecity@gmail.com
