POWER HOUR

A Strength based Class Pulling from different modalities of training with benchmark periods every 8-12 weeks Our focus is to build lasting functional strength, muscle, and endurance to help us in enjoy All our COlorado ACtivities aND LIVES.

META CIRCUIT

This class is designed to push your cardio vascular health and metabolic conditioning. WIth dynamic body weight movements, plyometrics, and CALISTHENICS we challenge and train agility, change of direction, power output.

WEIGHTLIFTING

This is a Traditional Weightlifting class designed to educate and practice form, technique, and Program DESIGN all while building strength and Community. This class also provides an IntroductION TO olympic lifting.

METCON

structured to improve Performance OF strength and endurance with a combination of resistance and cardio training. Utilizing different hiit formats, along with sustained strength efforts, this class looks push you to the limit.

 
 
 
 
 

One on One Personal Training

We offer One on one training for individuals looking for personalized programing and attention to specific needs where Sessions are tailored for the client.

These sessions can create deeper connections with yourself and your body, leading to faster progress and results.

Our trainers offer 45 minute and full hour sessions.
